Guarantee
We ensure that your retrofitted buildings achieve electricity and water consumption reductions that last for the contract duration, which typically is between 5 and 10 years.
Tendering
We run the most rigorous tendering process. We have a full suite of templates, evaluation tools and standard contracts ready to meet your end-to-end tendering process. We have deep knowledge of the ESCO contractors in the UAE, ensuring the most suitable ESCOs undertake the retrofits of your buildings.
Finance
We fund the retrofit for you, so there is no capital outlay for owners. Payment for the retrofit service is done through your utility bill over time making it seamless and simple.
